Innanzitutto questo forum non è stato creato per favorire la pirateria e la violazione dei diritti d'autore, ma con lo scopo di creare una comunità con tutti coloro che hanno una passione verso i piedi femminili. In caso comunque di dovuta segnalazione per violazione del DMCA, è mia prassi rispondere alle eventuali comunicazioni e intraprendere le azioni appropriate sotto il Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") § 512. Se il materiale coperto da copyright è stato pubblicato su feetsockslovers.forumcommunity.net o compare sul motore di ricerca e si desidera che venga rimosso, è necessario fornire una comunicazione scritta nella sezione segnalazioni o tramite messaggio privato all'amministratore che dettagli le seguenti informazioni elencate:
1. Dare prova di essere un proprietario o un addetto dell'azienda DMCA fornendo prova dei diritti esclusivi che si ritiene siano stati violati
2. Indicare quale topic viola diritti d'autore introducendo il nome con il percorso o l'URL diretto
3. Se è una lamentela contro un utente per eventuali violazioni, indicare il suo nome
4. La documentazione inviata deve includere la firma vera e propria di chi ha fatto la segnalazione
Non appena venga letta la documentazione dall' amministratore, i topic segnalati saranno assolutamente rimossi e verrà annotata in questa sezione il nome del materiale che ha violato il DMCA per evitare che i stessi topic segnalati ricompaiano nel forum.
Riguardo invece l'utente segnalato, sarà immediatamente bannato dal forum e in caso si iscrivesse di nuovo con un altro account, sarà inviato l'indirizzo IP allo staff di forumcommunity che si occuperà di prendere eventuali provvedimenti.
